This years fall chinook season started off with a bang! I started off on the Columbia River in Sept where boat limits happend daily. The grad of fish this year were not too shabby with the biggest being around 33 lbs, king fishing was the best in recent memory.
I wrapped up my columbia season the last week of Sept and moved on to Tillamook where the run started in Sept. New fishing adventures started right away with boat limits on the first day. Tillamook Bay is experiencing the best fishing me and most have seen in 10 plus years. The fishing and catching should hold up all the way thru Nov.
